What is your return policy?

Unfortunately, Keep Creating doesn't accept returns of any kind at this time (including buyers remorse returns).  All sales are final. We currently only accept exchanges.  Please be sure to thoroughly read through each product description and sizing chart to make a sound decision before you purchase!

What is your exchange policy?

If you receive your item and it is defective or damaged, you are eligible for an exchange ONLY after 3 days of receiving your item.

If your item is defective or damaged, please email us at support@keep-creating.com.  Please include your name, order number and a photo of the defective or damaged item.  We will be sure to get back to you within 2-3 business days.

If you have apparel or accessory items (such as our bucket or dad hats) that you would like to exchange, these items must be returned to us with any/all tags attached.  For our windbreakers and unisex track pants, they must have all tags attached and be shipped to us back in the recyclable bags that they are shipped to you in.  No exceptions will be made so please be sure not to remove tags or throw away the accompanying bags unless you're sure that you would like to keep your items!

What if the appearance of my item is different from what is shown online?/What if I thought the appearance of my item was going to be different?

As stated above, all sales are final. Please be sure to review the item description to make a sound decision before you purchase! If you are still unsatisfied with your order, we will be happy to exchange it for you for an item of equal or lesser value after we have received the unwanted item back in the mail.

What if I ordered an item in the wrong size?

We will gladly exchange an item for you that isn't the correct fit. However, please be aware that you are responsible for shipping fees for returning an item.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.  Once we receive your item, we will notify you when your replacement has been shipped.

What address do I ship my exchange to?

Please note that in order to be approved for an exchange you MUST send us an email to support@keep-creating.com FIRST letting us know why you are requesting an exchange. For items that are defective or damaged, you must send photos for proof.

To exchange your item, please mail your package to Keep Creating LLC P.O. Box 581, Paw Creek, NC, 28130.  This P.O. Box ONLY accepts packages shipped via USPS.  If you are shipping packages via FedEx, UPS or DHL, please send to Keep Creating LLC 7400 Old Mt. Holly Rd., Paw Creek, NC 28130.

Please be sure to include the full name that your order was originally placed under.  Please remember that you are responsible for the shipping fees and once we receive your item, we will notify you when your replacement has been shipped.  You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.  We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.  If we do not receive your item, you will have to make a new purchase.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

Yes, we do ship to P.O. Boxes. However, due to the restriction of USPS only accepting packages from certain carriers for P.O. Boxes, if you do not receive your package, please be sure to check at the front desk of your post office as carriers such as FedEx and DHL will not deliver your package to your P.O. Box and instead will leave it with post office staff.

What if I never received my item?

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once an item has shipped.  If an item was lost or stolen, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.). We will provide you with the tracking information and (expected) date of delivery to assist you with your claim/investigation.

I only received part of my order.  Where are my other items?

Keep Creating is partnered with a few different manufacturers to ensure that you get the best quality products at the most affordable price.  In the event that you receive only one item out of a bulk order, rest assure that the rest of your items are still on the way! This happens very rarely but in the event that it does, you can always track your package by clicking the "Tracking" tabs conveniently located at the top and bottom of our website! Our notification emails sent to you throughout the shipping process will also specify how many parts to your order there are!

How long will it take my order to be delivered?

Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing and fulfillment and 3-5 business days for shipping.  Unforeseen delays may occur that we have no control over, so please be sure to keep that in mind.  As soon as your order has been received, shipped and delivered, you will be notified every step of the way! You may also track your order whenever you’d like by simply clicking the "Tracking" tabs conveniently located at the top and bottom of our website!

How long will it take for me to get my package if I order during or around a and/or the holiday(s)?

We understand that you'd like to receive your packages sooner than later. However, do keep in mind that during and around the holidays, there may be delays with your shipping/delivery - though, our processing times will remain the same (between 2-3 business days).  We will do our best to make sure that you receive your packages on time!  Please remember to be kind to all delivery drivers as they work hard to make sure they get your packages to you in a timely manner, especially during or around (busy) holidays! :)
